This project involves adapting Dr. Warehouse, a tool developed in France, to the Quebec ecosystem of information technology in the medical field. This will include migrating the current back-office solution and exploring new public domain software-based content indexing technologies.

Several software suites have been developed to explore medical data, structured or not, in order to facilitate certain tasks at the interface of clinical procedures and research: reconstruction of the patient trajectory, constitution of cohorts, cross-referencing between databases, etc.

This project involves adapting Dr. Warehouse, a tool developed in France, to the Quebec ecosystem of information technology in the medical field. This will include migrating the current back-office solution and exploring new public domain software-based content indexing technologies. As Dr. Warehouse relies on an intuitive interface, future developments must be carried out in accordance with the expectations of users (doctors, researchers). In addition, alignment with the terminologies and ontologies of certain fields will govern these developments.

This project may include research stays in France and internships in an industrial environment.
