Our researcher member, Pierre-Luc Déziel, of the Faculty of Law at Université Laval, visited the National Assembly of Quebec last week, to speak during the consultations surrounding Bill 64.

Ethics and Law

Professor Déziel, a specialist in privacy, gave a 45-minute presentation on September 24, which has been saved online, in its entirety.

Note that Bill 64 is the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information.
