Vaolo is the platform of the non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) Village Monde.

It is an innovative technological platform in the travel sector, at the crossroads between transactional, collaborative, social networking and sharing platforms. Thanks to its unique positioning, the Vaolo platform is destined to accumulate large quantities of data with sustained growth from our various stakeholders: explorers, travelers, local players, agencies, content and marketing partners.

One of the main challenges of this type of service is to constantly offer the best possible content to the right users. To this end, one of the Vaolo platform’s main tools is its content feed, which, a bit like Pinterest, allows content to be scrolled at will, like a social feed. The content presented is currently prioritized according to certain fixed, non-variable criteria.

The aim of this internship is to design, train and deploy an artificial intelligence tool to prioritize and personalize the content proposition. This content feed will then adapt to certain factors in real time, and will be personalized to each user and their context.
