The research professionals hired by IID and its partners will develop solutions and approaches related to artificial intelligence in a plurality of sectors – – health, industry, insurance, IT or in connection with a variety of approaches – machine learning, advanced computing, computer vision or data valorization.

The five experts, who will each begin their mandate in November 2020, will work on projects led by IID and its researchers, as well as in collaboration with the Institute’s academic or industrial partners: Thalès, La Capitale Assurance Insurance Company, CIRRIS, CERVO, VITAM, CRUJeF, the Information Technology Department of Université Laval, the FORAC Research Consortium and the 4.0 Industrial Systems Engineering Research Consortium.
