Design and implementation of new governance models in the digital health age: PULSAR as a test bed for responsible innovation

This project aims to develop a data governance model promoting responsible innovation for the benefit of all stakeholders (citizens, researchers and decision-makers) for the PULSAR ecosystem of Université Laval, which assumes a central role in managing research data collected with a relatively broad consent to study sustainable health.

This project strives to:

1

Identify models and mechanisms of data governance compatible with the open scientific philosophy of PULSAR;

2

Measure the acceptability of these models and mechanisms with all stakeholders;

3

Develop and implement a data governance model adapted to the PULSAR ecosystem.
