Vanessa is a research assistant at the Intelligence and Data Institute (IID) of Université Laval and participates in the scientific coordination of the DEEL project.

Vanessa completed her studies in Industrial Engineering at Université Laval with the FORAC Research Consortium. Following the completion of her Master’s degree, she has focused on the application of operational research concepts to support production planning. During her Ph.D. she further developed these concepts by proposing to combine data quality with stochastic optimization in the context of uncertain supply.
